Billing Quick-Reference

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using getcrazy.ai ("Site"), operated by Uspeh Labs, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy, each incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Site.

2. Age Verification & Adult Content Disclosure

This website contains sexually explicit adult material intended solely for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is greater), to access the Site.

By proceeding past the age gate, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old (or the applicable age of majority);
• Viewing adult content is legal in your jurisdiction;
• You are not accessing the Site from any jurisdiction where such content is prohibited;
• You will not permit any person under the legal age to access your account or any content on the Site.

We employ technical age-verification measures. Misrepresenting your age violates these Terms and may violate applicable law.

3. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance

All depictions of sexual conduct on this Site are AI-generated and do not involve real human performers. Nonetheless, in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, a designated custodian of records maintains compliance documentation.

No actual human being was photographed, filmed, or otherwise depicted in the generation of content displayed on this Site.

4. Account Registration

You must create an account to access premium features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information;
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party;
• Notify us immediately at support@gocrazyai.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions & Recurring Billing

RECURRING BILLING DISCLOSURE: By purchasing a subscription, you authorize our payment processor to charge your payment method automatically at the subscription rate selected (monthly or annual) until you cancel. Your subscription will renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate, unless cancelled before the renewal date.

• Monthly plans renew every 30 days.
• Annual plans renew every 365 days.
• Current pricing is displayed at checkout and at getcrazy.ai/pricing.
• Subscription charges will appear on your statement as GETCRAZYAI.COM.

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle unless you cancel, in which case access continues until the end of the current paid period.

6. Credit Purchases (One-Time Payments)

In addition to subscriptions, you may purchase credits to use AI generation features. Credit purchases are one-time, non-recurring charges. All credits are consumed in the order purchased (FIFO). Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.

One-time credit purchases will appear on your statement as GETCRAZYAI.COM.

7. Payment Processing

All payment processing is handled by our authorized payment processor, a third-party service. By making a purchase, you agree to that processor's applicable terms of service.

We do not store full credit card numbers. Payment data is handled exclusively by our processor pursuant to PCI-DSS standards.

8. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time using any of the following methods:

• Payment processor: Visit https://support.ccbill.com to manage or cancel your subscription directly with our payment processor, CCBill.
• Account dashboard: Log in to getcrazy.ai/account and use the Cancel Subscription option under Billing.
• Email request: Contact us at support@gocrazyai.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription." Include the email address associated with your account. We will process cancellations within 1 business day.

Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features through the end of your current billing period. We do not provide partial-period refunds unless required by applicable law or by our Refund Policy (see §9).

9. Refund Policy

We offer refunds as follows:

• Initial subscription charge: Refunds are available within 3 calendar days of the initial charge, provided you have not consumed more than 10% of your subscription benefits.
• Renewal charges: Refunds are available within 5 calendar days of an automatic renewal charge if you did not intend to renew. Cancel first (see §8), then contact support with your refund request.
• Credit purchases: Non-refundable once credits have been consumed. Unused credits may be refunded within 3 days of purchase at our discretion.

To request a refund, email support@gocrazyai.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line, including your account email, transaction ID, and reason. We will respond within 2 business days.

10. Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us for resolution is a violation of these Terms. If you believe a charge was unauthorized or erroneous, contact us at support@gocrazyai.com before disputing with your bank.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks, and to recover the disputed amount plus any processing fees.

11. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content

You agree not to:

• Generate, request, or distribute any content depicting minors in sexual situations under any circumstances;
• Generate content depicting non-consensual scenarios presented approvingly;
• Use the platform to harass, threaten, or defame any real person;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract underlying models or data;
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or access-control features;
• Resell, sublicense, or distribute generated content without our express written consent;
• Use the platform for any purpose that violates applicable local, national, or international law.

Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination without refund and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

12. Content Ownership & License

All AI-generated outputs produced through the Site are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. You may not commercially exploit, redistribute, or sublicense AI-generated outputs without our prior written consent.

The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in the underlying models, algorithms, software, and platform.

13. Privacy

Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to the data practices described therein. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

14. DMCA & Copyright Complaints

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, submit a notice to support@gocrazyai.com with the subject "DMCA Notice."

15. Complaints & Content Removal

To report abusive content or submit a removal request, email support@gocrazyai.com. We will respond within 5 business days.

16. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

AI-generated characters are entirely fictional. Any resemblance to real persons is coincidental.

17. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

19. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Site at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
